Step 01Real work, real responsibility and a real impact — from the very first day.
We believe the best way to develop is through real exposure — to real projects, real decisions and real outcomes. Our student and graduate programmes are designed to give you that from day one. You will work alongside experienced professionals on live infrastructure projects, contribute to meaningful outcomes and build the skills that will define the rest of your career in the mobility sector.
Apply nowStructured opportunities designed to accelerate the development of emerging mobility professionals.
We offer two distinct pathways for students and graduates at BCS Parking — each designed to deliver genuine learning, real responsibility and a clear connection to the future of urban mobility in Southeast Europe.
A structured 3-to-6-month internship designed for current students. You will be embedded in one of our core teams — operations, technology, business development or finance — and assigned real project work from day one. Expect mentoring, training sessions and a clear project brief with measurable outcomes. Internships run year-round. Strong performers are regularly considered for full-time roles upon graduation.
A 12-month rotation programme for recent graduates (within two years of completing a bachelor's or master's degree). Over three rotations, you will gain hands-on experience across operations, technology and commercial development — building a comprehensive understanding of the parking and mobility business. The programme culminates in a capstone project presented to senior leadership, with a permanent role offer for successful participants. This is BCS Parking's flagship talent programme and our most direct pipeline to future leadership roles.
The skills, experience and network to build a career in mobility infrastructure.
We have designed our student and graduate programmes around one priority: helping you grow as fast as possible in an environment that challenges and supports you in equal measure.
No filing or coffee runs. Every intern and graduate is assigned real deliverables with direct impact on live projects and operations.
Each participant is paired with a senior BCS team member who provides weekly feedback, guidance and career perspective throughout the programme.
See how a modern infrastructure company operates — across strategy, technology, finance and operations — and identify where your strengths fit best.
Paid internships and graduate salaries benchmarked to the market, with additional benefits and travel allowances where applicable.
Join a cohort of peers and gain access to an alumni network of BCS graduates now working across the mobility and real estate sectors.
Strong performance on the internship or graduate programme is the fastest route to a full-time offer at BCS Parking.

Step 01A 30-minute video call with a member of our HR team to get to know you, understand your background and answer your questions about the programme and the business.
Step 02A conversation with the team you would be joining, which may include a short written task or case study. We want to understand how you think and approach problems — not test what you already know.
Step 03A clear offer with a confirmed start date, programme outline and assigned mentor — so you can begin your BCS Parking experience with full context and confidence.
